As Chair of Masters' Promotion Committee of the ITF and on behalf of the ITF-USA, I am glad that the President of the ITF was promoted to IX Degree from December 2008. 5 years ago I planned to propose that you should be promoted to IX because you were elected President of the ITF. I thought that the 1st. legal successor of Gen Choi Hong Hi should be IX Degree, but you said to me that you should respect the ITF rules and you feel that it was not necessary to be IX Degree to run the ITF successfully. I agreed with you and over more than 5 years in the position of President of the ITF, you did many good and unbelievable jobs. If I was in your place, I am sure that I would not be able to do good things like yours.
